| Our Apartment Suites Our smoke-free and pet-free accommodations have been beautifully restored and are one bedroom apartment suites, each with a large living room, bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, and kitchen equipped with microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Each suite is uniquely decorated and furnished in an eclectic mix of antiques, contemporary furniture, vintage art and books for various interests,and yet still offers all the modern day conveniences- Cable TV, A/C and High Speed Wireless Internet- so feel free to bring your laptop! The Wiltwyck Suite has an additional small den/office. Each apartment suite is fully furnished with linens, towels, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. All of our accommodations are private residences and are set up to be self-sufficient (no daily maid service). If you need anything else, we are just downstairs. Rates & Accommodations Season (May - November) $175 plus tax per night/double occupancy $10 plus tax per night/per additional person Off-Season (December - April) $145 plus tax per night/double occupancy $10 plus tax per night/per additional person No Smoking or Pets. Not handicap accessible. Rates subject to change without notice. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons per suite Week day, weekly, and premium holiday rates upon request Reservations: Two (2) day minimum on weekends, May through November Minimum stays for holiday weekends may vary One (1) night deposit required to secure reservation Cancellations: One night deposit required to reserve suite. Deposit returned, minus $25.00 service fee, if cancellation is received two (2) weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations less than two (2) weeks. prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit unless suite is re-rented, minus $25.00 service fee. Cancellations with less than forty-eight hours notice will be charged in full.
