| Our Apartment Suites Our smoke-free and pet-free units were fully renovated in 2004 and are one bedroom apartment suites, each with a large living room, bedroom,bathroom with walk-in shower and a full kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Enjoy your breakfast in the privacy of your own suite. The kitchens are well stocked for a delicious continental breakfast and light snacks. Each apartment suite is fully furnished with linens, utensils and dishes. The Wiltwyck Suite has an additional small den/office. Each suite is uniquely decorated and furnished in an eclectic mix of antiques, contemporary furniture, vintage art and books for various interests,and yet still offers all the modern day conveniences- Cable TV, A/C and High Speed Wireless Internet- so feel free to bring your laptop! All of our accommodations are private residences and are set up to be self-sufficient (no daily maid service). If you need anything else, we are just downstairs. Rates & Accommodations Season (May - November) $160-$175 plus tax per night/double occupancy $20 plus tax per night/per additional person Off-Season (December - April) $140-$155 plus tax per night/double occupancy $20 plus tax per night/per additional person No Smoking or Pets. Not handicap accessible. Rates subject to change without notice. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons per suite Week day, weekly, and premium holiday rates upon request Reservations: Two (2) day minimum on weekends, May through November Minimum stays for holiday weekends may vary One (1) night deposit required to secure reservation Cancellations: One night deposit required to reserve suite. Deposit returned, minus $25.00 service fee, if cancellation is received two (2) weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations less than two (2) weeks) prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit unless suite is re-rented, minus $25.00 service fee.
